Orders, Warranty and Cancellation Policy;
•Production time is usually 10 to 12 business days from the date of approval and payment received date whichever is later.
•All Prices are subject to change. Sales taxes, delivery fees or custom fees for international deliveries are excluded from the price.
•We are not responsible for any data loss and/or profit loss due to hardware failure we are also not responsible for any manufacturing or shipping delays
•We will provide all customers an invoice. All major credit cards and checks from major banks will be accepted as well as wire transfer for customers outside the United States of America. Purchase Order are accepted from customers who have applied for credit or educational institutions..
•All orders within 10 % of the total quantity ordered are considered a completed order.
• ALL Free Packaging is subject to availability and non delivery of Free packaging does not constitue faliure of service on our behalf.
• All orders are non refundable. Manufacture defects will be replaced. Written notice must be made within 10 days. The defective goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping cost of the defective goods. The limited lifetime warranty only covers replacement of defective memory. Any physical damage will void the limited lifetime warranty.
•All Orders in process can not be canceled. Non printed products can be cancelled within 48 hours of the original order. We operate between the hours of 9AM- 6:00 PM EST.
•All orders must be approved in writing by the customer before being released into production. Approval of an Order includes the sample and invoice
